Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, returning or exchanging is simple:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, just contact our friendly support team at onlineshop@thebunnyburrow.com – we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned items.
Exchanges are handled as a new order for your convenience.

To keep your items soft and cozy, wash them at 40°C with a gentle detergent and avoid fabric softeners, which can damage the fibers over time. We recommend air-drying whenever possible, as items with linen content can lose their shape or get crushed in the dryer. With a little care, your pieces will stay soft and beautiful for a long time.

We hop into action to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive an email with all the details. Standard shipping within the EU usually takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on where you’re snuggled up, but we’ll do our best to get it to you quickly!
