Can I return or exchange an item?
Our goal is that every customer leaves hopping happy with their purchase 🐰 If something isn’t quite right, just let us know and we’ll do our very best to make it all better for you.
How do I care for your pieces?
To keep your items soft and cozy, wash them at 40°C with a gentle detergent and avoid fabric softeners, which can damage the fibers over time. We recommend air-drying whenever possible, as items with linen content can lose their shape or get crushed in the dryer. With a little care, your pieces will stay soft and beautiful for a long time.
When will I get my order?
We hop into action to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive an email with all the details. Standard shipping within the EU usually takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on where you’re snuggled up, but we’ll do our best to get it to you quickly!
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made in a family owned production facility in Northern Portugal, where skilled hands and care go into every piece. Each item is crafted thoughtfully, with quality and love 🐰🤍.
